OPERATING PARTNER PROGRAM
As an Operating Partner, you’ll have the autonomy to lead with the backing of Lab One’s proven playbook. Execute a roll-up strategy with support from our sourcing team, optimize pricing or rollout a formal ERP system with support from our in-house fractional CFO, and connect with other CEOs and executives as you make key business decisions. We’ll partner with you to find your next company to operate.
