Opportunity: We are currently seeking candidates for our Operating Partners Program, aimed at those with the ambition to lead and grow a small to medium sized business within Western Canada. For those individuals that recognize their natural passion for building and are driven by a relentless will to win, this program is designed to provide emerging leaders the opportunity to run an enduringly profitable business in the lower middle market and grow it either organically or inorganically (through M&A and with the help of our Investment Team).
As an Operating Partner & Incoming CEO Successor, you will:
- debrief your skillsets and business experiences to reverse engineer sourcing a small-to-medium sized business to acquire and run in Western Canada
- assist the Lab One Capital deal team with due diligence of prospects and ensure continuity of such learnings post-close
- on closing of this business acquisition tailored to you, step into the CEO role and have the autonomy to lead an enduringly profitable business in the lower middle market and grow it either organically or inorganically (through M&A).
